Medical Supply Store Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Supply Manager to oversee the daily operations within our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely ordering process, managing inventory levels, and maintaining effective communication with physicians and customers. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Coordinate with physicians and therapists in regards to patients prescriptions.
• Oversee the ordering process.
• Supervise and train staff involved in store operations, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to align order processes and goals.

Experience

• Experience with insurance verification is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in supervising teams, including training development and performance management.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes, cash register operations, and stock management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration across departments and with customers.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
