What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Assistant position at Compri Consulting?
This person will be responsible for partnering with the R&D department, helping with reporting, ServiceNow ticketing system
Must have communication skills, organization and able to multi-task and pivot quickly since they are in tech, someone who can be agile and can maintain a high level of confidentiality, being able to be proficient with basic office tools (google suite)
Using Workday primarily – working on updating employee records to partner with HR Ops team, they are coming up on their Annual Comp Review and they will help generate comp letters for employees, they will also help with any ER and tracking any low performers working directly with HR VPs on that, they will help with any engagement events
Salary : $40 - $42
