Client located in Denver is seeking a 100% remote (in the state of Colorado) Production Support Analyst for a contract position. This person will join a four-person team responsible for supporting various software products used both internally and by external clients. They will provide tier 1 support for applications, verify issues, engage the correct internal resources to fix the issues, test the solution, implement the solution and document the resolution. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a passion for helping others are critical in this role. No third-party candidates are able to be considered at this time. Candidates must currently reside in the state of Colorado.
Required:
-Application support experience (troubleshooting software applications).
-Basic knowledge of database systems and data quality.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated experience collaborating with coworkers.
Desired:
