Compri Consulting’s client is hiring a Senior UX Designer for a contract to hire opportunity located in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a hybrid role.
Description :
UX Designer will partner with a cross functional team of product, engineering, key stakeholders, and designers to create an end-to-end customer experience for our digital community. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive adoption and usage.
Responsibilities :
- Strong UI / UX design skills showcasing problem solving techniques focused on the customer
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.
- Define and execute a customer centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user research
- Strong journey mapping experience.
- Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Work with existing UI Developer to create wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
