Survey Manager
We are looking for a Survey Manager for a local civil engineering firm. Ideal candidates will come from a site surveying background and have led teams in the past. You will be managing the department so any skills in managing a budget, hiring / firing, and an eye on areas of improvement are key.
What you can expect
- Manage and lead the survey team (2 direct reports, 15 technicians), ensuring successful project execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor surveyors and support staff.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers for seamless integration.
- Work with owners, leader, and accounting to manage department budgets and performance.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data.
- Build strong client relationships and provide responsive solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
