Survey Party Chief
We are looking for a Survey Party Chief to join our team. You will manage a team of 9 field operations technicians, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
What you can expect
- Supervise and coordinate surveying field activities (e.g., staking, surveying, soil testing, drilling).
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with project specs and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and address issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Enforce quality control procedures for accurate and reliable data collection.
- Conduct regular inspections of field operations.
- Review field reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
- Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate equipment procurement and repairs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate field staff.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations.
