What we’re offering :
A full-time Premium Billing Specialist position in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work schedule. Salary range $$ per hour determined based on experience and internal salary equity.
Candidates who complete Spanish certification will receive an increase in hourly pay. Benefit package includes : free employee insurance, company match 401k, generous paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
What you’ll do :
- Prepare and maintain premium billing records, researching discrepancies and taking action when needed.
- Prepare, analyze, and process reports, payment plans, worksheets, statements, and various other documents.
- Courteously respond to inquiries and assist others on billing transactions, discrepancies, or changes.
- Initiate or request policy cancellations and / or reinstatements.
Who we’re looking for :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
- 2 years' business office or accounting experience with High School Diploma / GED.
- Experience in the maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of insurance premium billing or underwriting of insurance experience preferred.
- Candidates skilled in data management, adaptability, customer focus, and teamwork.
