We are seeking a Vice President, Accounting in Oklahoma City, OK to oversee all accounting functions and financial reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our financial operations. This role leads the Controller and accounting teams while directing account resolution services to optimize revenue recovery. Reporting directly to the President / CFO, the VP will implement strategic financial policies, enhance internal controls, and integrate financial technologies to improve operational effectiveness. This position plays a crucial role in financial planning for market expansion, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and cross-functional process improvements. We’re seeking a seasoned financial leader with a CPA certification and a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional accounting, finance, or controller experience , including 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of accountants or CPAs. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, with a master’s degree preferred. This individual should be highly skilled in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, with a proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
