Job Summary
Our Onsite EAP Counselor is responsible for providing direct onsite clinical services at our customer's site in Chamblee, GA. As the world’s largest provider of EAP and Managed Care, this is an exceptional opportunity to use your clinical expertise to help support customer employees who are seeking EAP services. This position requires a senior clinical licensed professional with sound clinical judgement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Facilitate referrals into the benefit plan or community resources
- Provide supervisory consultations and support for work-related issues
- Monitor employer-related referrals through completion of services
- Manage Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings
- Complete employee/management orientations regarding the Employee Assistant Program’s role and services
- Provide training and lunch-and-learn services
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Licensed LCSW/LPCC required: LCSW/LPCC, PhD/Psy.D
- Experience in EAP services, onsite EAP experience highly desired
- At least 5 years of providing direct clinical services
- Experience in work-related issues
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with our corporate office
- Experience in facilitating onsite training programs and presentations
- Proven track record of fostering partnerships with management, unions, and other personnel
- Crisis intervention experience, including providing CISM services
- Sound clinical judgment
- Excellent critical thinking skills
