The Onsite Resource Provider (or Onsite Provider) will perform grassroots social work and assist with providing immediate resources for behavioral and emotional health, family, wellness or other life challenges at one of our customer's locations. Services are provided to employees at a distribution center / warehouse. This position is a long term position and has a pay rate of $35 / hour
This position is for two, 4 hour shifts per week ( this is not a full time role - Provider will work a total of 8 hours per week )
- Candidates will need to be available to cover all three employee shifts as evenly as possible throughout the month.
The breakdown of employee shifts is as follows :
1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM, Sunday through ThursdayThere is flexibility in the schedule for the right candidate!

Provide resources for emergency food, housing and utilities as well as referrals for emotional issues, substance abuse, child and elder care, legal, financial or other issuesWork in tandem with ComPsych Employee Assistance ProgramFill out applications and forms for housing and utility assistance and other community based resourcesTrack and document utilization of services renderedBuild rapport with building HR, management and store team members to foster participation in the programAdvocate and educate the telephonic Employee Assistance Program and other benefits that are available to the team membersAttend team meetings, lunch and learns, new hire orientations, and Meet the Onsite Professional EventsCommunicate on a regular basis with the program supervisor on utilization and program updates as well as challenges that need to be addressedQualified Candidates Must Have :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or Social Work or related field (Master’s preferred)Social work experience, including in person assistance with local resources (i.e. assisting with food stamps, emergency assistance, housing assistance, domestic violence, utility assistance, etc.)Thorough knowledge and understanding of community-based resourcesExperience providing resources and referrals within a social work or mental health field, and knowledge of navigating community-based service system effectively and efficientlyThe ability to think and react quickly to changing situations, needs and prioritiesDiligent maintenance of the amount of contractual hours required at each siteReliable transportationStable Work History required
