Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by analyzing processes, as well as assessing business needs and recommending solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Perform data analysis to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate findings.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project scope and deliverables.
Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide support and training to end-users on new systems or processes.
Track and report on project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis processes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5 of experience in a business analyst role or similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, business intelligence software).
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
[Any relevant certifications, e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.] are a plus.
