We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our team, focusing on selling data center solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the data center industry, with a deep understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the data center market segment. Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building. Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor data center solutions and services to meet the specific needs of clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our data center offerings. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes for both parties. Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience; 3-5 years of outside sales experience in either mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or data center industries. Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems. Experience working with IT companies, colocations, and end users who manage and maintain data center infrastructure.
