Job Description : BACKGROUND :
The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday.
We are seeking one Coupa Techno Functional Analyst to augment the team.
The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and / or business processes.
The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS :
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience :
- The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
- Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release
- Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
- Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
