Title: Workday Tester (Payroll)
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday architecture, modules, and testing methodologies, along with a proven track record in Workday testing and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Testing: Plan and execute comprehensive testing of Workday configurations, focusing on Payroll and Timekeeping.
Test Planning & Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that align with business requirements and Workday best practices.
Test Execution: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
Collaboration: Work closely with testers, developers, functional teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business rules, and align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Workday Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday testing, specifically in the Payroll SKU.
Testing Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid testing approaches.
Test Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, SmartSheets, or similar platforms to manage test cases, track defects, and generate reports.
Workday Modules: Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification: Workday Pro Certification or other relevant Workday credentials.
