Job Description :
Client is seeking a consultant for a six-month project focused on creating an administrative database, dashboard, invoice templates, tools, other visualizations, and periodic statistics to support the (child welfare : Foster Care and Residential) Contract Management Team at Client's. Knowledge of Child Welfare policy and operations is a plus. The scope of work includes :
- Strong analytical, data analysis, data management, and data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, RStudio, RMarkdown, SQL, and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of SAS, HTML, CSS, Python, and / or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases, dashboards, tools, visualizations, and periodic statistics for stakeholders.
- background in child welfare policy and operations is preferred.
