Job Summary :
The project involves a complete upgrade to 400g network to both SFO network infrastructure, with multiple teams, vendors, and phases, operating highly sensitive environment that requires minimizing disruption to critical airport operations. SFO requires services from a qualified Juniper Resident Engineer to provide daily on-site (minimum three days on-site TWTH and available for night work during maintenance periods) expertise to install, implement, configure, and migrate from legacy equipment over a minimum of one year.
Experienced Juniper Resident Engineer specializing in EVPN / MPLS, EVPN / VXLAN, and Juniper MX, QFX, EX, and SRX routers, firewalls, and switches. Skilled in network deployment, configuration, implementation, testing, and migration in mission-critical environments.
Key Expertise :
- Installation, configuration, and management of EVPN / MPLS with Paragon, EVPN / VXLAN with Apstra, and EVPN / MPLS network fabrics.
- Hands-on experience with network migration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Universal testing and validation of deployed network components.
- Developing and executing Method of Procedure (MOP) for seamless network cutover.
- Providing updated documentation, including IP address spreadsheets, inventory, and configuration reports.
