Description :
They are looking for a SalesForce Programmer to do the following;
Scope of work :
The Agency has chosen Salesforce as the platform for this project. Current Scope of modules in Salesforce are : Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core. Core will include Public Sector Foundation, Gov Cloud Plus, Business Engine, Community Plus UE logins / members, and Shield.
MMAC is looking for implementation services to cover the following scope in the Salesforce platform
Create a Portal to :
llow providers the ability to update and maintain contact information; allowing for multiple contacts associated through account / contact relationships. and mailing information.
llow providers the ability to upload documents.
llow users the ability to submit an anonymous complaint or fraud referral.
llow users the ability to submit a form and supporting documentation for loss or destruction of records.
llow submission of quarterly and annual Consumer Directed Services (CDS) service reports and annual Certified Public Accountant (CPA) audits. Allow providers to submit enrollment forms / questions.
llow providers the ability to submit questions.
Track and report on providers who were sent attestation emails, and status of submission of the attestation. If E-sign is required, allow Conga sign capability.
Track referrals between agencies, track email sends.
Post provider notifications.
llow for providers and MMAC staff to communicate and provide documentation of additional considerations.
Track sending of documents. If Conga is selected, track document activities like dates, receipt, open, etc. Provide case routing and assignment by criteria.
llow for the creation of cases from the communications portal in-box.
For each unique communications use case, allow MMAC staff to download all related communications and documents into a single zip file, which can then be loaded into the provider's MMAC master provider file in the ECM (I-Sight).
llow for customized landing page.
llow for Agency branding.
llow for a help section with program FAQ.
Use Email to :
Notify providers of attestations to be completed with ability to download / upload the forms.
Send emails in bulk.
Schedule emails.
Automate Notifications for :
Reminders of upcoming, due, and past due reports.
Provider suspensions and terminations.
Communications when new information is posted.
Data load of initial notices, if available, as an exported report from another system.
