Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and align them with client requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including reference checks and compliance documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and workforce market conditions to adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
