We are currently in search of a qualified junior to mid-level Desktop Technician who will provide workstation setup and end user support onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This position will provide PC repair and support at a large healthcare and insurance company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently in search of a qualified junior to mid-level Desktop Technician who will provide workstation setup and end user support onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This position will provide PC repair and support at a large healthcare and insurance company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required
- Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
- Complete special projects as requested
- Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
- Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- Good customer support skills
- Basic knowledge of networks, telecom and computing
$25.00 - $26.50 per hour
