We have a new opportunity for a Level 1 Desktop Support to join our client’s team onsite in Fairmont, WV. There will be overnight stays required for a couple of areas. Reimbursement for gas and stays will be provided. The work schedule will be M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We have a new opportunity for a Level 1 Desktop Support to join our client’s team onsite in Fairmont, WV. There will be overnight stays required for a couple of areas. Reimbursement for gas and stays will be provided. The work schedule will be M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
- Hardware set up, not repairs – some sanitation may be required
- Deskside support for all end user computing
- Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
- Reimage devices as needed
- Project will be in Phases:
- Phase 1: installing monitors across 120 different sites
- Phase 2: Working in district control center
- Phase 3: Site audits and refreshes and different corporate sites
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- Good customer support skills
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
