Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Desktop Support to join their team onsite in Madison, NJ and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
- Hardware set up, not repairs – some sanitation may be required
- Deskside support for all end user computing
- Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
- Reimage devices as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- Good customer support skill
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $30 - $33 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
