Level 2 Audio-Visual Technicianto join their teamonsitein the Princeton, NJ area. The ideal candidate must be able to support on occasional weekend and after-hours, as well as provide on call support if required.Duties and Responsibilities :Provide audio / visual ETS Conference room supportSet up all corporate meetings with 200 plus attendees, using professional quality audio and video equipmentWork with facilities teams for event setupsPerform AV system monitoringOrder team, department, and company suppliesWork with users for proper functionality and trainingWork closely with the Executive Leadership Team (White glove like support) for AV issues and setupWork with third party vendors for Network support and Crestron maintenanceWork with Desktop Support teams to understand key AV basics in order to provide supplemental coverage as neededMaintain AV equipment inventories across multiple conference roomsAdditional tasks and responsibilities may arise as environment requiresSkills and Qualifications :Minimum 5 years of experience working as an AV technicianIn-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipmentFamiliarity with computers and IP Networking SystemsExperience working with organizers and running Live Event meetings including where both the group of presenters and the audience members may be split between the presentation room / area and connected remotelyExcellent troubleshooting skillsPrevious experience setting up TC8 and X50 / X70 camerasAbility to log into Polycom units for troubleshootingFamiliar with the Poly Lens Web interfacePrevious experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Teams) and Zoom VideoAble to connect tablets and laptops to existing conference room technologyKnowledge of Creston AV systems preferredExperience connecting microphones and systems to analog mixersExperience maintaining AV EquipmentAbility to create instructional documentation for conference roomsMust have ability to independently prioritize projectsMust have advanced analytical abilities and technical knowledgeKeen eye for detailGood communication and interpersonal skills30.00 - $34.00 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to : Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._
