This resource will be managing and supporting MS Office 365 Migration and technicians. This role will be a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend to 12 months and has a start date of 01 / 06 / 2025.Duties and responsibilities : Develop and implement training for technical staffPlan and set project requirements and standardsAssign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring progress towards milestonesConduct regular team meetings to review progress and address issuesDefine deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for projectsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project successMaintain and update production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installationSkills and Qualifications : Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related technical field requiredProficient using MS Excel Spreadsheets and manipulating dataAbility to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstaclesExperience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teamsStrong time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for othersDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodsDocumented Project Management FoundationWe offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to : Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
