Transportation Manager

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound logistics from ITAD clients nationwide.
- Manage 3PL logistics, pick-ups, and white glove services.
- Schedule local and national collections with customers.
- Collaborate with sales to gather collection details.
- Enter and maintain logistics data in company software.
- Coordinate daily collections and schedules for local drivers.
- Provide Bill of Ladings and collection details to drivers.
- Ensure smooth communication with drivers and project managers.
- Maintain the company calendar and update contact records.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the General Manager.
- Organize onsite projects and collection events.
- Oversee truck maintenance schedules.
- Assist in hiring and training drivers with the project manager.
- Communicate with sales and production on inbound shipments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of CompuCycle’s service offerings and ability to communicate them effectively.

- Adaptable, courteous, and self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- 2–4 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in 3PL logistics management.
- 3 years of CRM experience (preferably HubSpot).
- 5 years of experience managing drivers or fleet operations
