You Are
As the Regional Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding our business within an assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with prospects and customers, promoting our solutions and services, and identifying new business opportunities. You will actively monitor sales activities in HubSpot and participate in any necessary training sessions to continually elevate your business acumen to have the appropriate discussions with our clientele. Although this role is self-fulfilling, you will take strategic direction from the President and play a key role in executing our business development strategies within the assigned region. This role requires excellent presentation skills, effective time management, and strong organizational abilities.
In this role you will engage with potential Compugen Systems customers, build and nurture relationships, and follow up on potential leads related to our IT offerings. You will demonstrate resourcefulness and facilitation skills in all aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of relationship building, creating trust, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will embody our mission, vision, and values in every interaction.
What We Need
• Minimum of 5-10 Years of successful IT sales experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Display a documented history of new business development ideal
