About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO HANA Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting the SAP Finance (FICO) modules, leveraging the advanced capabilities of SAP HANA for optimized financial processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions align with business needs and deliver high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform SAP FICO HANA implementation and support activities, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Analyze and assess business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Provide expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and its integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO and HANA performance and ensure system optimization.
Configure Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO) areas according to business requirements.
Perform system upgrades, including the migration of legacy systems to HANA.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient system usage.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration and performance of the SAP system.
Design, document, and conduct system testing to verify that requirements and business processes are met.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in SAP FICO.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HANA in the context of FICO.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA architecture and its capabilities.
Strong understanding of accounting processes and principles.
Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA is a plus.
Knowledge of ABAP or basic technical skills to work with the development team is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified in FICO or HANA.
Experience with S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in working in a global environment with multi-location teams.
