Your Contribution :
- EHR Software Troubleshooting : Quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues related to the Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for end users.
- Code Base Analysis : Use your knowledge of Delphi, C#, and MSSQL to look up, analyze, and debug the code base to understand the root causes of technical issues and implement fixes.
- Technical Support : Provide support to both internal teams and external clients, resolving software issues efficiently via email, phone, or chat.
- Problem Resolution : Collaborate with the development team to identify, replicate, and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Knowledge Base Management : Document common issues and solutions in our knowledge base to help improve the speed of issue resolution and streamline support processes.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with software updates and new features, learning the ins and outs of our EHR software and tools to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience and facilitate software improvements.
