Your Contribution:
- Responsible for overseeing the management and administration of sales and high-volume technical service contracts of their division, as well as the order processing and billing functions.
- Conduct detailed audits of client billing data and contract records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance client accounts within the SAP system, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage and mentor offshore and outsourced teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training programs for team members.
- Oversee the maintenance of contractual records and documentation, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and updated.
Your Qualification:
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent related work experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, billing, or related office functions.
- Experience managing offshore or outsourced teams is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly, work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
