What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Draft Specialist position at CompuLink?
Compulink is searching for a Loss Draft Specialist with experience in a customer service, mortgage servicing, or real estate setting. This is a full-time on-site position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Loss Draft Specialist must meet contractual obligations, investor guidelines, regulatory and legal requirements, and follow generally accepted servicing practices.
Job Duties:
- Process incoming requests for loss draft.
- Collect and analyze legal documentation and authorization.
- Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data.
- Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers and other interested parties.
- Ensure goals are met and HUD compliance requirements are adhered to.
Qualifications / Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required
- Strong understanding of Deed-in-Lieu and Short Sale Processes is a plus.
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks)
- Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Positive attitude and professional image at all times
