Job Description
As a key member of the Compunnel Inc. team, the Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to guarantee the efficient functioning of our project teams.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with precision and attention to detail.
- Document and maintain accurate records of weekly meeting minutes and action items, distributing them promptly and uploading documents after approval.
- Coordinate meetings between our Executive Leadership Team and business partners, utilizing strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Maintain up-to-date meeting attendee lists, meeting dates, and calendar invites.
- Offer calendar management services to our XLT as required.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Work efficiently as an individual contributor while developing effective relationships with team members, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain HIX Distribution Lists and meeting invite lists.
- Enter Facilities and IT Helpdesk tickets and follow up until completion.
- Submit JIRA tickets for new hires.
- Crosstrain and serve as backup to HR/administrative team members as needed.
- Proactively communicate with Supervisor to seek additional work opportunities.
