Position Description: We are seeking a Tennessee licensed architect with expertise in industrial and commercial building design. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects for industrial and commercial buildings.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and UFC/IBC codes, as well as local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage design and construction processes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit modeling.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with architectural design.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Knowledgeable in DoD and UFC/IBC codes, as well as local codes and regulations.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in industrial and commercial building designs and project management.
Education Required:
- B.A./B.S. in Architecture from an accredited school.
