Job Summary
The Assembly Operator will join our Hardware Manufacturing Team, aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity to meet operational plans and customer demand. This role thrives in a team-oriented environment driven by daily management principles, focusing on immediate feedback and achieving short-term and long-term objectives. The Assembly Operator will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assembly tasks following standard operating procedures under supervision
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed, ensuring production efficiency and product quality
- Maintain compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
- Participate in lean manufacturing principles and recommend quality improvements for production methods, equipment performance, and product efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues
- Train new team members on equipment operations and work procedures
- Complete paperwork accurately and maintain production records while reporting work status
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
