We are building and transforming applications on Asset management, Trading and brokerage & Securities Services/Custodial Services for one of the top tier Investment bank and we are looking for top Business Analyst to lead the team.

You will bring in ability to understand business requirements/process flows/ and come up with functional requirement that would help us achieve our goal.

Be a strong functional lead hand who work efficiently to make sure we are building the set of team and functional requirements using the right principles.
- Managed at least 2-3 projects successfully from initiation to closure, managing the customer experience end to end, working with the IT services company delivering projects for US based large enterprises, or large multi-national organization
- 5 - 7 years' experience of Capital markets or global treasury.
- Knowledge of Market Data domain.
- Understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Management β Front, Middle & Back Office functions.
- Financial industry knowledge within investments and distribution highly desired (i.e., understanding of investment process, capital markets, fixed income, equities)
- Should be a strong leader who will manage the team to deliver the required.
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
- Should be able to create good documentation and correspond on functionalities & issues concisely.
- Should be able to articulate well during discussions.
- Should be able to work with tight deadlines
- Confident of interacting with business users and various stakeholders.
- Skilled at using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
- Extensive experience in:
- Overall experience of more than 8 years with at least 2 to 3 years in leading teams.
- Managing small and medium project teams
- Knowledge on Market Data Domain
- Secondary skills / knowledge (desirable)
- Experience in any one of the database
- data warehousing concepts knowledge
- writing complex SQL query
