Key Responsibilities
- Patient Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress, identifying any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
- Communication: Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members regarding patient status and treatment.
- Treatment Support: Assist in the initiation of treatments, monitor doses, and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, alerting the appropriate doctors and taking necessary actions to support patient care.
- ICU Care: Provide comprehensive care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Qualifications
- ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
- 1 year of experience in a CNA role is preferred.
- CNA License is required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
