**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Expert to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a Customer Service Representative for the Medical Equipment industry.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients throughout the inheritance process, leveraging their expertise in estate and trust management to ensure seamless transitions.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of estates, trusts, and retirement plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships and providing dedicated support throughout the inheritance process
- Communicating effectively with clients by phone and email to ensure a high level of service, transparency, and empathy
- Processing and following up on client service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure consistent follow-up and meet Service Level Agreements
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Resolving complex issues with clients and applying Firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity
- Maintaining current knowledge of SEC/FINRA, Compliance, and Firm guidelines to ensure risk mitigation
Essential Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 66 required (or 63 & 65)
- College degree preferred
- 3-4 years financial services industry experience preferred
