Job Summary :
The Analyst will be responsible for supporting written Client Relations and Senior Investor inquiries, ensuring firm compliance with regulations governing the handling of client complaints. The position involves investigating, researching, and resolving a large volume of assigned cases and communicating decisions to clients in a formal written format. The analyst may also handle other operational responsibilities within Client Relations, such as settlement processing, Privacy Opt Out processing, and incoming telephone calls. Additional projects may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate, research, and resolve client complaints in a formal written format, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate the firm's decisions to clients clearly and professionally in writing.
- Support operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including settlement processing and privacy opt-out processing.
- Handle incoming telephone calls from clients and address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely and accurate resolution of complaints.
- Assist with additional projects as needed, supporting the overall client relations strategy.
