Job Summary :
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support global brand and marketing teams by managing inventory levels for marketing deliverables on the company’s website platform. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized individual who can execute tasks efficiently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for marketing deliverables on the website platform
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to accurately complete marketing requests
- Create Excel spreadsheets from system-generated reports to analyze data and forecast business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of digital platforms and tools used for marketing operations
- Provide operational support for marketing activities as needed
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of marketing deliverables and materials
- Ensure timely completion of all marketing requests and projects
