What You'll Be Doing :
Design & Innovate : Bring your expertise to life by designing intricate wiring harness routing integration. Take raw schematic diagrams and turn them into seamless, functional electrical systems with precision and creativity.
Create Stunning CAD Models & Drawings : Produce high-quality, detailed CAD models and drawings that showcase your skills in electrical harness assemblies, electro-mechanical components, and top-tier installation layouts.
Lead System Integration : Play a key role in designing and drafting line replaceable unit (LRU) chassis and housings while ensuring smooth system integration and robust functionality.
Collaborate & Inspire : Be an influential member of our Integrated Product Team (IPT), where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products on time and on budget.
Who We’re Looking For :
We’re searching for someone with a strong foundation in electrical design who is eager to embrace challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring :
Expertise in electrical / electronic systems and an in-depth understanding of electrical design processes.
2 years of hands-on experience using Creo CAD modeling and drafting techniques to bring designs to life.
Mastery in wiring harness design and routing, including experience with Creo and Creo Pro-Cable.
A solid grasp of ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5 standards to ensure flawless design integrity.
A team player mentality with exceptional communication skills that foster collaboration and clarity across teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
Associate’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline, or a combination of education and experience.
4 years of relevant experience in electrical or mechanical design, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 additional years of experience.
Deep familiarity with electrical and electro-mechanical engineering tools is highly desired.
