**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative for the Medical Equipment industry, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the inheritance process.
You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless transitions and provide exceptional support to clients, leveraging your expertise in estate and trust management.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of estates, trusts, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients throughout the inheritance process
- Communicating effectively with clients by phone and email to ensure a high level of service, transparency, and empathy
- Processing and following up on client service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure consistent follow-up and meet Service Level Agreements
- Providing world-class customer service to both internal and external clients
- Resolving complex issues with clients and applying Firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity
- Maintaining current knowledge of SEC/FINRA, Compliance, and Firm guidelines to ensure risk mitigation
- Meet essential qualifications: Series 7 and 66 required (or 63 & 65), college degree preferred, and 3-4 years financial services industry experience preferred
