Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication / Assembly Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of our production processes. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in inspection techniques, quality management systems, and effective communication to contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications.
- Employ shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments.
- Operate specialized inspection machines, tools, and equipment to complete work assignments.
- Work in accordance with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Company Policies, Procedures, and Specifications.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of production processes.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibit strong computing skills.
- Maintain required certifications and ensure compliance with inspection procedures for accepting or rejecting processes, parts, and assemblies.
- Verify that all tools are properly qualified.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Quality records.
- Collaborate with equivalent or lower-level Inspector job codes as needed.
