The Corporate Real Estate Analyst at Compunnel Inc. is responsible for optimizing space usage for efficiency and functionality.
This involves analyzing space utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with core program standards, and demonstrating proactive solutioning.
The ideal candidate will have a background in design, architecture, or workplace planning and strategy, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with CAD or other drafting software.
In this role, you will receive and process client move requests, participate in planning meetings hosted by clients and key stakeholders, and create/planning move phasing documentation.
You will also prepare/update move status reports, monitor client and business changes to move scope and/or requirements, and work with IWMS/space management software.
