Shift 7 : Thu - Sat; alternating Wed
Hours : 630am – 7pm
Job Description :
Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
Data quality control and screening errors
Statistical analysis and report generation
Minimum Qualifications :
BS / MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"
Preferred Qualifications :
Hands-on experience on SEM / TEM might not be very important. Instead, it will be great if they have some CD measurements / metrology experience.
Experience on CD measurements / metrology. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process.
