Job Title: Finance Coordinator
Location: ZV Building, Painted Post, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Payrate: $23/hr on W2
Summary:
This is a 12-month position responsible for supporting the business partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be proactive in dealing with customers.
Job Description:
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Communicating and resolving issues with customers at various levels of their organizations.
- Reacting swiftly to issues that may arise, summarizing facts, and providing recommendations for timely resolution of critical issues.
- Collection management and resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Achieving and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with banking processes, researching, and reconciling statements and accounts.
- Monitoring automated systems.
- Ensuring work targets and schedules are met.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying, implementing, and executing changes to standard operating procedures.
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing process changes needed to keep accounts reconciled and improve controls.
- Assisting Manager and Supervisor with reconciliation and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, exceptional follow-through.
- Effectively managing self and team through a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interface at all levels within the organization and instill confidence and trust.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project.

- Ability to prioritize work to meet deliverables/timelines in an effective manner.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Previous skill in banking, invoicing, and credit card processes.
