Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Stock Plan Services Operations Associate to join our team. In this high-volume role, you will handle complex and sensitive transactions related to stock plans. You will be responsible for processing share transfer requests, clearing outstanding debits, resolving escalated issues, and processing payments and disbursements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Processing :
Process share transfer requests, resolve outstanding debits, and handle reissues.
Investigate and process payments, including checks and Fed wire disbursements.
Manage stop payments and ensure timely resolution of complex transactions.
Issue Resolution :
Address and resolve escalated issues with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Provide support for various operational inquiries from internal and external clients.
Cross-Training & Compliance :
Cross-train in multiple functions to ensure flexibility and comprehensive knowledge of all operational processes.
Adhere to compliance and control guidelines to maintain operational integrity.
Client Interaction :
Communicate with internal and external clients, as well as peers in operations, to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Meeting Standards :
Meet production and quality standards for transaction processing and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications :

Exceptional quality subject matter expertise in Global Stock Plan Services operations.
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Certifications :
