Job Summary :

The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse and worksite. This includes using power tools, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring safety in all activities. A willingness to learn and adapt to multiple tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Willingness to undergo training and work across different tasks and areas.
• Perform manual labor including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Use simple hand and power tools effectively.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Follow both written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Operate in an efficient and safe manner at all times.
• Maintain a clean work area with good housekeeping practices.
• Use basic math skills to complete tasks such as measuring and calculating material requirements.
• Work in a warehouse environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Exercise a high degree of attention to safety, preventing injury to self and others.
• Physically capable of handling materials weighing up to 80 lbs, including pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
