Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant (Contractor)
Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for a full-time temporary position to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment at Client. This position provides administrative support in various areas, including financial and analytical duties, cashiering and settlement, accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with departmental Global Control Standards (GCS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cashiering processes using internal and external systems.
- Research and resolve dispute cases and discrepancies using internal systems.
- Analyze trends, research short pays, and manage rebills.
- Assist with period-end reconciliation of internal ledgers and trend reporting.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) activities using SAP and other systems.
- Provide professional administrative support in a confidential and organized manner.
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly; coordinate issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists.
- Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Interact with Functional Teams and provide support as needed.
- Participate in special projects and community initiatives.
- Ensure participation and compliance with all GCS audit procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required); some college preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to summarize data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with accuracy under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in administrative support within HR or a business professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently.
