Job Title: Human Resources Administrator III
Location: Covington, VA
Duration: 3 months contract
Key Requirements:
- Office software skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience with PeopleSoft or a payroll system
- Filing system creation and management (digital and hard copy)
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 2 years of experience preferred, primarily focused on data transactions
- Self-starter, organized, situationally aware, and proactive communication skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Workforce Software or other payroll software a plus
- Knowledge of basic pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screens, and I-9s
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
