Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator to support our IT Project Managers and teams in the successful execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in project planning, communication, documentation, and tracking of project progress. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Strategy & Planning
- Assist IT Project Managers in the development of project strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to define goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
- Monitor and forecast project metrics, risks, and changes.
Communications & Coordination
- Organize and manage project intake and prioritization information.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and team communications.
- Support project team meetings, schedules, and daily management tasks.
Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyze business processes and requirements to support project objectives.
- Proactively identify and implement effective solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project analysis, or business analysis.
- Strong background in project planning and execution.
- Proven record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a 2-year college degree.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in complex, high-volume environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Previous experience working with Call Center teams.
