Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Change Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure, as well as a deep understanding of the ITIL ITSM practice.
The ITSM Change Manager will work closely with support staff, development groups, and internal customers to identify, review, and execute changes in production. This includes providing technical expertise and oversight for highly complex Enterprise Infrastructure and Network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on risk assessment and oversight of enterprise infrastructure and network services
- Collaborate with development and business partners to define transition plans for system ownership
- Oversee implementation of plans and provide operational support for systems installations
- Communicate change activities to management and internal customers
- Identify and recommend course corrections when change procedures break down
- Apply business impact assessments techniques to evaluate proposed system changes
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar operational role with a strong technical capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Data analysis and trending experience with ability to identify improvements
- ITIL ITSM practice knowledge to support day-to-day operations
- Ability to quickly understand sophisticated systems and adapt to changes in processes and practices
