Job Description:
- Has worked Hands on in Kinaxis Rapid Response Application
- Candidate needs to have Domain Functional and Technical knowledge on Supply Chain and Kinaxis
- Candidate should have minimum Kinaxis Author Level 2 certification
- Problem solver and ability to identify and resolve the break fix issues working with the team
- Should have worked on medium complex Enhancement Development Areas
- Project requires to work and coordinate with the offshore delivery team
- Should be flexible and ready to solve attitude for oncall support during the weekend
- worked on Upgrades Upgrade strategy to be able to work with customer to release the new enhancements
